Incoming Routing
Incoming routing allows faxes to be delivered to your workstation or
wherever you are. Through the use of barcodes or Call Station
Identification (CSI) your fax is sent directly to you. Confidential
material is no longer sitting at the fax machine for all to see. If
you are away from your desk but near a fax machine you can have all
your FAXes forwarded automatically.

700/RX X Stations

network by using standard X windows capabilities, to PCs through X or
the email and printer interfaces, and to ASCII terminals thru the
email and printer interface. Messages can be mailed or printed to the
Series 700 FAX software with the appropriate information (To:, FAX
Number:, etc) andSeries 700 FAX will automatically send out the FAX.
Incoming FAXes can be viewed on the screen via the client software,
automatically printed, or forwarded to another FAX machine.
Third Party Applications Integration
Third party application users can easily integrate Series 700 FAX
functionality by utilizing the printer interface. While using their
application the user specifies the Series 700 FAX product as the
printer instead of their normal hardcopy printer. Additional
information is included in the printer specification that determines
the destination of the FAX. In addition, applications can start the
